Buddy Night

Everyone’s favorite night is back… Buddy Night! June 16th 5-7 @ Livorna pool This is the only drop off event of the year! We will match each swimmer with a buddy from a different age group that they will keep for the whole season. Buddy Night will be a fun filled night with games, team spirit and pizza - everything is included and complimentary, thanks to the money raised by our Social Fundraisers (thank you all again for supporting the Dolphins!) Please note this year we will not be asking for buddy gifts but instead focus on relationship building and team spirit. Please RSVP no later than Wednesday June 11th. Saturday Morning Meet
Home meet reminders: - layout of the pool deck: home side is near the entrance and the parking lot, away side is near the baby pool and Head Desk -Please NO BALLS on the pool deck or in the parking lot. That means no footballs, no soccer balls, no balls period. It’s too crowded, and people have been getting hit by balls. - behind the blocks is for 15-18 swimmers, coaches and shepherds only, no parents. (If your swimmer cannot get to the blocks themselves (ie younger swimmers) please drop them off and then leave the area right after.) - To be respectful to the HOA please do not set up personal tents until 6:30pm or later on Friday nights and 3pm on Wednesdays. - The Baby Pool is always closed and off-limits during meets. |

Our first league meet!! Please make an effort to attend this one -- let's defend our 2nd place in DCSL Dual Meets title! Timeline:
Hospitality: Food Trucks (Philly Ps) & Kona Ice will be available outside our facility. We will have a small concession stand on the pool deck which accepts Venmo and cash. Timing System: Time Drops Live! Time Drops code is 1000. Parking: The Meher School parking lot across from the pool and the parking lot at Sun Valley Bible are both available for meet parking. There is no parking on Meek Place and Carolyn Court or in front of the pool. Please be respectful of neighbors’ driveways and park legally where indicated. Set Up Area: Our deck space is limited. Visitor Setup Area is the deck space near the baby pool, the entire turf area, and along the south side of the pool (shallow end). You are responsible to see that your team area is picked up and free of all garbage prior to the end of the meet. -We have a pop prize for all individual swimmers- they can get a ticket from the timers when they pop their time and turn it in to our spirit tent or snack shack for a lollipop to celebrate their pop! |
