Our first league meet!! Please make an effort to attend this one -- let's defend our 2nd place in DCSL Dual Meets title!

Timeline: 

• Pool Opens: 8:00am 
• Meet Starts: 9:00am 
• Visiting Team Warm Ups: 8:30am-8:50am 

Hospitality: Food Trucks (Philly Ps) & Kona Ice will be available outside our facility. We will have a small concession stand on the pool deck which accepts Venmo and cash.

Timing System: Time Drops Live! Time Drops code is 1000.

Parking: The Meher School parking lot across from the pool and the parking lot at Sun Valley Bible are both available for meet parking. There is no parking on Meek Place and Carolyn Court or in front of the pool. Please be respectful of neighbors’ driveways and park legally where indicated.

Set Up Area: Our deck space is limited. Visitor Setup Area is the deck space near the baby pool, the entire turf area, and along the south side of the pool (shallow end). You are responsible to see that your team area is picked up and free of all garbage prior to the end of the meet.

-We have a pop prize for all individual swimmers- they can get a ticket from the timers when they pop their time and turn it in to our spirit tent or snack shack for a lollipop to celebrate their pop!

Meet Theme: Blue Out! Wear your Livorna gear, as much blue as you can. Stop by the social tent for dolphin tattoos, glitter and face paint! Go Dolphins!

Home meet reminders:

- layout of the pool deck: home side is near the entrance and the parking lot, away side is near the baby pool and Head Desk

- behind the blocks is for 15-18 swimmers, coaches and shepherds only, no parents. (If your swimmer cannot get to the blocks themselves (ie younger swimmers) please drop them off and then leave the area right after.)

- To be respectful to the HOA please do not set up personal tents until 6:30pm or later on Friday nights and 3pm on Wednesdays.

- The Baby Pool is always closed and off-limits during meets

Visiting team area is the grassy area North-East side of pool bordering tall trees

• WST and LIVST will each have a designated team area, utilizing the grass and cement areas around the pool. LIVST’s designated area will be on the grass behind the blocks/timers. As we are cutting back on H2O due to the drought, please bring sandals and a blanket to be comfortable on the grass. We will have it clearly marked for your team. 
• Please keep swimmers out of the 2nd lap pool. 
• LIVST may park on the street or in the WST parking lot. Please note that there are several reserved parking spots, and we ask that you do not park in those spots. Please also make sure to not block any of the neighbor’s driveways. 
• Both teams will provide their own tents and are responsible for their setup and removal immediately following the meet. Please make sure all trash in the LIVST designated area is picked-up before leaving the meet. 
• Our Snack Shack will be open selling breakfast, lunch and a variety of snacks. Bring your appetite!
