MEET INFORMATION 

• Swimmer Age Groups: Swimmers will compete in the age group they will swim in during the Summer 2027 season. 
• Event Limit: Each swimmer may compete in a maximum of three (3) individual events. 
• Event Distance: Ages 6 & Under: 25-yard events only. Ages 9 & Older: 50-yard events and longer. Swimmers ages 9 and older may not enter 25-yard events. 
• Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Dinner items and a no-host bar will be available for purchase. 
• Visiting Team Jobs: Visiting teams will be assigned to meet jobs based on the number of swimmers entered, primarily timing and Stroke & Turn responsibilities.
• Entry fees: $20 flat fee per swimmer. Please use the Livorna Venmo to pay your swimmer's entry fees. 

WARM-UPS & POOL DECK 

• The pool will open for warm-ups at 3:30 PM and close for warm-ups at 4:20 PM. The meet begins at 4:30 PM. Lane assignments and designated warm-up time slots will be communicated a few days before the meet and will be based on the number of swimmers entered by each team. 
• Important: There will be no Clerk of Course. Parents and coaches are responsible for helping younger swimmers get to the blocks on time. Visiting team areas and additional pool-deck information will be communicated closer to the meet.
