Practice Schedule
Projected 2025 Practice Times (subject to change):
(Practices run Monday through Friday)
April 14 - May 9
- 6 & Under: 3:30 - 4 PM
- 7/8: 4 - 4:45 PM
- 9/10: 4:45 - 5:45 PM
- 11 & ups: 5:45 - 6:45 PM
May 12 - June 3 (no practice May 21st (due to a meet), May 26th (Memorial Day), June 4th (due to a meet), June 5th (last day of school))
- 6u: 3:30pm-4pm
- 7/8: 4pm-4:45pm
- 9-10s: 4:45pm-5:30pm
- 11-12s: 5:30pm-6:30pm
- 13 and ups: 6:30pm-7:30pm
June 6 - July 26 (no practice on July 4th (Independence Day))
- 11/12: 8:00-9:00 AM
- 13+: 9:00-10:15 AM
- 9/10 : 10:15-11:15 AM
- 7/8: 11:15 AM -12:00 PM
- 6 and under: 12:00-12:30 PM
*Limited capacity afternoon practices will be available starting in June for those swimmers who are unable to attend morning practices
Please note that practices are AVAILABLE five days per week, but not required. Swimmers are welcome to come as often as they are able (and of course, the more you practice, the more you will likely improve!) There is no need to report absences - we know many families take summer vacations!
Junior Dolphins
Junior Dolphins 2025 will run from June 9 - July 18th, with a special "race" at our last home meet of the season, on July 19th. (There will be no practice on Friday July 4th.)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (no practice on Wednesdays)

Afternoon Practices
Afternoon practices are available on a first come first serve basis for swimmers who are unable to attend their age group morning practice. Please only sign up for a afternoon practice if you are unable to make the morning practice and plan to attend. Spaces are limited and we want to give everyone an opportunity to sign up. If you are going to miss a practice you signed up for, please go back and remove yourself.

Our team swims at an HOA pool, and as such, the pool needs to be available for HOA members. During the summer, the pool is open from 12:30pm-8pm each day. We have limited space in the afternoon, hence limited availability in afternoon practices. Thank you for understanding, and for sharing the space!
