Practice Schedule
PRACTICE TIMES 2024: (Please note, due to many factors that remain in flux throughout the season (including coaches' schedules and pool schedules) these times are subject to change!)
PRE-SEASON (MON-FRI April 8-May 31) *No Practice May 27th (Memorial Day), June 5th (last day of school), July 4th and 5th (holiday)
**Please note: These times have CHANGED since last season!!**
- 4pm-4:45pm: 7 / 8s
- 4:45-5:15pm: 6 & unders
- 5:15pm-6:15pm: 9 / 10s
- 6:15pm-7:15pm: 11 & ups
SUMMER SEASON (MON-FRI June 6- July 26): *Please arrive 10 min early to practice so that you are ready to swim and listen to announcements from the coaches.
- 8:00-9:00. 11/12s.
- 9:00-10:15 13 & Up
- 10:15-11:15 9/10s
- 11:15-12:00 7/8s
- 12:00-12:30 6&U
AFTERNOON PRACTICE: (Mon/Tues/Thurs- starting in June) - this is an *optional* practice for those who are unable to come to the main morning practice time, and will be available via sign-ups
- 8 & Under: 4:15-5:00
- 9 & up: 5:00-5:45

June 10-July 19, 2024 (no practice Thurs July 4 and Fri July 5th)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (no practice on Wednesdays)

In water helpers
In order to provide extra help for our youngest swimmers, we are looking for volunteer in water helpers during the 6U and 7/8 practice time each day. This is a great opportunity for our 12+ swimmers (current 6th graders and up) to not only give back to our awesome program and community but to also build towards becoming a junior coach in the future.
