Gummy Worm Fun Swim

  • Find the gummy worm in a plate of whipped cream (no hands!) before racing across the pool! Typically for swimmers but siblings who know how to swim are welcome!

RSVP yes here on this event for the Gummy Worm Fun Swim after our last home meet! Anyone can join in the fun, but swimmers who have RSVP'd will get first priority, and depending on demand, we may run out of supplies if you haven't RSVP'd!

Family Fun Relays

  • Teams of 4 swimmers compete in one relay race (typically some adults involved, can be family or "family"!)
  • You must have all four swimmers to register.

Fun Relays

Gummy Worm Fun Swim

  • RSVP on the Events Page under “Fun Relays and Gummy Worm Fun Swim” to reserve your spot—RSVPs will swim first! (You can join in day of, but those who sign up ahead of time will have first priority, and we may run out of supplies for those who have not RSVP’d.)

Home meet reminders:

  • layout of the pool deck: home side is near the entrance and the parking lot, away side is near the baby pool and Head Desk
  • behind the blocks is for 15-18 swimmers, coaches and shepherds only, no parents. (If your swimmer cannot get to the blocks themselves (ie younger swimmers) please drop them off and then leave the area right after.)
  • To be respectful to the HOA please do not set up personal tents until 6:30pm or later on Friday nights and 3pm on Wednesdays.
  • The Baby Pool is always closed and off-limits during meets.
  • No throwing/catching balls on the pool deck during meets (the pool deck is very crowded, and we don't want anyone to get hurt!)
  • NOBODY should be playing in the parking lot -- that includes NO BALLS, NO SCOOTERS, NO BIKE RIDING in the parking lot. A parking lot is never a safe place to play, and it especially is not safe during a swim meet!! If safety continues to be an issue at swim meets, we may have to begin scratching swimmers who continue to make unsafe choices -- please talk with your kids before meets and remind them of meet rules!

    • Street parking fills fast.
    • Walk if you can, or plan accordingly.
    • To help with traffic flow, all cars must enter via Conifer Lane and exit Dogwood Lane for drop off.

    Entries
    • All swimmers must swim in their own age group as determined by their age on June 15, 2026.
    • Swimming up an age group is not permitted.
    • Teams are limited to a maximum of three (3) scoring entries per individual event, with the I.M. considered an individual event.
    • Individual swimmers are limited to a maximum of two (2) individual events and two (2) relays.
    • Each team is allowed to enter one relay for each relay event.
    • We will be swimming the 15‐18 50 Free.
    • Following the “County Meet” guidelines, swimmers are eligible to swim both the 50 Free and 100 Free.

    Yes, there are two meets on Saturday, July 11th! We did this on purpose, so that any swimmers who aren't swimming at Woodlands that day could have a chance to swim.

    MEET DATE/TIME: RSM is looking forward to hosting Livorna on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. The meet will start at 5:00 PM. 

    LOCATION OF POOL: 2727 San Carlos Drive, Walnut Creek. Parking is permitted on any of the residential streets surrounding the pool and in the parking lot servicing Berean Christian High School. The RSM parking lot will not be accessible.

    WARM UPS: Visiting team warm ups are at 4:25 PM.

    TEAM AREAS: Visiting team will have the grass area through the breezeway. You can begin setting up at 4:00 PM.

    POOL NOTES: We will do fly over starts for all individual events 9/10 and over except for backstroke. 8&U swimmers will use the big blocks at the east end of the pool for all individual events which means the timers will move to the west end for these events.

    SNACK SHACK: Our snack shack accepts cash and in addition, offers Square pay.

    DCSL Shirt Orders Due

    Congratulations to Harper Roley, who won our DCSL design contest! Both our caps and shirts will feature Harper’s design. 

    To order your shirts, Venmo @ Kristine-Worthley $20 per shirt. Please include in your Venmo comments your swimmers’ last name, how many shirts, shirt sizes and shirt style preference. For adults we have t-shirt (xs-xl) or tank options (s-xl) and youth t-shirt (s-xl) options. Deadline to order 7/2 by 5pm.

    DCSL Caps are complimentary for all swimmers who sign into our DCSL Championship Meet!

    Start Times: Livorna Swim Team Arrival: 4:00 PM Warm-ups: 4:55-5:20pm. The meet will start at 5:30pm.

    The Rancho neighbors have asked that visitors park in the parking lot or on the streets of Rohrer and Silverado Drive. There is no parking on Rohrer right next to the pool since it blocks the neighbors and limits emergency vehicle access. Please ask all families to park in legal parking spaces and not to block driveways in the neighborhood. Please observe the coned off areas and designated catering parking in our parking lot. 

    Our Cafe will be open. Credit cards and Venmo accepted.

    A Dolphin tradition... Buddy Night is back but with a new twist!

    Join us for our annual Buddy Night on June 22nd 4-6pm! We will have games, crafts, fun and a treat! (no pizza will be served this year). There will be no swimming at Buddy Night – kids should come in regular clothing.

    Bonus for parents: This is our only Drop-Off Event of the year (Date Night!!)

    Kids will have a chance to get to know their Pods better (their Pods are their Buddies this year - each Pod has a range of ages so that kids can get to know other swimmers outside of their age groups!)

    Please RSVP for Buddy Night on the Events Page by June 20th, and put your pod # in the comment section.
