Visiting team warm-ups: 4:55pm-5:20pm 

Meet starts: 5:30pm

Live (unofficial) results will be available via the Time Drops app. Results will also be posted to Meet Mobile.

Visiting Team Area: The visiting team area is the grass covered area. The Rudgear Estates HOA asks that swimmers and families please stay off the landscaped hillsides, avoid damaging plants, and do not disturb adjacent neighbors. We have a diving well and a baby pool. Both of these areas are closed during swim meets. Please make sure your swimmers stay out of both areas. 

Parking: We are fortunate to have a large amount of street parking in the vicinity of the pool. We ask that all families park responsibility in legal parking spaces and not block driveways.

Food: We will have a snack shack with drinks, snack items, and pizza open during the meet.  We will also have a food truck located in the parking lot.

Home meet reminders:

- layout of the pool deck: home side is near the entrance and the parking lot, away side is near the baby pool and Head Desk

- behind the blocks is for 15-18 swimmers, coaches and shepherds only, no parents. (If your swimmer cannot get to the blocks themselves (ie younger swimmers) please drop them off and then leave the area right after.)

- To be respectful to the HOA please do not set up personal tents until 6:30pm or later on Friday nights and 3pm on Wednesdays.

- The Baby Pool is always closed and off-limits during meets.

- No throwing/catching balls on the pool deck during meets (the pool deck is very crowded, and we don't want anyone to get hurt!)

- No unsupervised kids in the parking lot please (again, we don't want anyone to get hurt!)

Meet Date: Wednesday, June 10th, 2026

When: 5:00PM – 9:00 PM 

Warm-ups:LIV: 4:30 PM – 4:50 PM

● Fly over starts will be used to maintain safe distance between the entering swimmer and exiting swimmer. 

● 6 & unders and 7-8’s will be starting from the deep end of the pool. Timers will move to the shallow end for 8 and under individual events, except IM.

Facilities Information: 

● Woodlands’ pool has 6 lanes and is 25 yards. 

● WST and LIV will each have a designated team area, utilizing the grass and cement areas around the pool. LIV’s designated area will be on the grass behind the blocks/timers. As we are cutting back on H2O due to the drought, please bring sandals and a blanket to be comfortable on the grass. We will have it clearly marked for your team. 

● Please keep swimmers out of the 2nd lap pool. 

● LIV may park on the street or in the WST parking lot. Please note that there are several reserved parking spots, and we ask that you do not park in those spots. Please also make sure to not block any of the neighbor’s driveways. 

● Both teams will provide their own tents and are responsible for their setup and removal immediately following the meet. Please make sure all trash in the LIV designated area is picked-up before leaving the meet. 

Our Snack Shack will be open selling dinner as well as a variety of snacks. The Snack Shack will accept cash and credit card payments. Bring your appetite! 

Visiting Team Arrival: 7:30AM Visiting Team Warm Ups: 8:25-8:50AM Meet Start Time: 9:00AM

Parking: Parking is available in our lot, on most of Boyd Road, and some surrounding streets. Please do not park on Mulberry Loop or along the edges of our driveway—your car will be subject to tow.

Team Area: Visiting team will be given the spacious back lawn behind our picnic table structure. Viewing is also available pool side. Live video feed of the meet and Time Drops available on the back screens. 

Time Drops: Meet Code will be given at the front gate for access. Screens located around the pool displaying live time drop feed.

Starts: Please note that we have a wireless timing system and 6&U and 7-8’s will be starting/diving from our blocks in the deep end of the pool. Relays will be held as usual. We will do fly over starts for 9/10’s and Up. 

Snack Bar: Our snack bar will be open with a large assortment of food and drink for purchase. Venmo and Cash accepted.
