Home meet reminders:

• layout of the pool deck: home side is near the entrance and the parking lot, away side is near the baby pool and Head Desk
• behind the blocks is for 15-18 swimmers, coaches and shepherds only, no parents. (If your swimmer cannot get to the blocks themselves (ie younger swimmers) please drop them off and then leave the area right after.)
• To be respectful to the HOA please do not set up personal tents until 6:30pm or later on Friday nights and 3pm on Wednesdays.
• The Baby Pool is always closed and off-limits during meets.
• No throwing/catching balls on the pool deck during meets (the pool deck is very crowded, and we don't want anyone to get hurt!)
• NOBODY should be playing in the parking lot -- that includes NO BALLS, NO SCOOTERS, NO BIKE RIDING in the parking lot. A parking lot is never a safe place to play, and it especially is not safe during a swim meet!! If safety continues to be an issue at swim meets, we may have to begin scratching swimmers who continue to make unsafe choices -- please talk with your kids before meets and remind them of meet rules!

This is our LAST HOME MEET of the 2026 season!!

Stick around after the meet for two fun LIV traditions: Fun Relays & Swims and the Junior Dolphin Fun Swim!

Fun Relays

• Teams of 4 swimmers compete in one relay race.
• You must have all four swimmers to register.
• Limited space! Sign up HERE

Gummy Worm Fun Swim

• Find the gummy worm in a plate of whipped cream (no hands!) before racing across the pool!
• RSVP on the Events Page under “Fun Relays and Gummy Worm Fun Swim” to reserve your spot—RSVPs will swim first! (You can join in day of, but those who sign up ahead of time will have first priority, and we may run out of supplies for those who have not RSVP’d.)

The deadline to sign in to the Blackhawk Last Chance Meet is Sunday, July 12. For this meet, swimmers have the opportunity to choose their own strokes, and they can pick as many as they’d like. Sign in and choose your own strokes. Entry fees for this meet are not covered by the team (as swimmers can choose as many strokes as they’d like.) There is $12 splash fee for this meet, and a $10 charge per event, both payable to the Dolphins. After you choose your events, please Venmo the total owed to the team at @ LIVDolphins.- please make sure to note in the comments your swimmer(s)' name(s) and that the payment is for the Blackhawk Last Chance Entry Fees.

LOCATION: Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex - 1098 Eagle Nest Place, Danville, CA 94506

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING: From 680 North, take the El Cerro exit and turn left. Continue straight - El Cerro Road becomes Diablo Road which then becomes Blackhawk Road. Follow the road until you reach the Main Gate entrance at Blackhawk Country Club. Turn left into the visitor’s lane. Once through the gate, proceed straight on Blackhawk Drive. At the roundabout, turn left. The pool is located at the very top of the hill on the left.

In addition to the main parking lot, street parking is available; as well as, a dirt parking lot located at the back of the main lot. Please do not park in any reserved spaces (reserved spaces will be clearly marked), or Handicap spaces without a valid placard.

Back by popular demand - $50/VIP Spots (limited to 25) will be sold at the top of the hill on a first-come, first-served basis.

UNLOADING SAFELY: Please utilize the safe and supported Unloading Zone available at the top of the hill adjacent to the “Hawks Nest” building entrance. You will be directed

to the end of the main parking lot to make a full turn before entering the unloading zone, where you will find attendants to help you unload. Then, proceed down the hill to more parking on the street and in the lower parking lot - Remember no large coolers allowed!

Courtesy Golf Carts are available to all guests of this meet... Please wave one down for a ride to the top of the hill! A golf cart pick-up zone can be found in the lower parking lot.

SET-UP AREA: Teams and families may set-up starting at 1:00 PM on Sunday

RESULTS: During the meet, results will be posted to Meet Mobile.

RULES:

• Fly overs will be used.
• Only (1) swimmer at a time allowed at the starting block.
• All events will swim fast to slow.
• All events are timed finals.
• Events will be timed using (2) timers and touchpads.
• The warm-up/warm-down pool lanes are restricted to swimmers ages 13 and older.
• Age groups will be required to swim the stroke 100% correct, 100% of the time.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

• Blackhawk Country Club will have food and beverages available for purchase. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. There are full concessions located at the top of the stairs at the Hawks Nest building and adjacent to the lower pool-lawn. No outside food or beverage allowed - Do not bring large coolers to this venue.
• Kona Ice will be back with Shave-Ice and Smoothies. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
• No outside food or beverage allowed.
