2727 San Carlos Drive. Walnut Creek. Parking is permitted on any of the residential streets surrounding the pool and in the parking lot servicing Berean Christian High School. 

We will do fly over starts for all individual events 9/10 and over except for backstroke. 8&U swimmers will use the big blocks at the east end of the pool for all individual events which means the timers will move to the west end for these events.

- behind the blocks is for 15-18 swimmers, coaches and shepherds only, no parents. (If your swimmer cannot get to the blocks themselves (ie younger swimmers) please drop them off and then leave the area right after.)

- To be respectful to the HOA please do not set up personal tents until 6:30pm or later on Friday nights and 3pm on Wednesdays.

- The Baby Pool is always closed and off-limits during meets.

- No throwing/catching balls on the pool deck during meets (the pool deck is very crowded, and we don't want anyone to get hurt!)

- No unsupervised kids in the parking lot please (again, we don't want anyone to get hurt!)

Parking
  • Street parking fills fast.
  • Walk if you can, or plan accordingly.
  • To help with traffic flow, all cars must enter via Conifer Lane and exit Dogwood Lane for drop off.
  • Please drive slowly and respect our neighbors.
Entries
  • All swimmers must swim in their own age group as determined by their age on June 15, 2026.
  • Swimming up an age group is not permitted.
  • Teams are limited to a maximum of three (3) scoring entries per individual event, with the I.M. considered an individual event.
  • Individual swimmers are limited to a maximum of two (2) individual events and two (2) relays.
  • Each team is allowed to enter one relay for each relay event.
  • We will be swimming the 15‐18 50 Free.
  • Following the “County Meet” guidelines, swimmers are eligible to swim both the 50 Free and 100 Free.

Blackhawk Last Chance Meet

LOCATION: Blackhawk Country Club Sports Complex - 1098 Eagle Nest Place, Danville, CA 94506

DIRECTIONS AND PARKING: From 680 North, take the El Cerro exit and turn left. Continue straight - El Cerro Road becomes Diablo Road which then becomes Blackhawk Road. Follow the road until you reach the Main Gate entrance at Blackhawk Country Club. Turn left into the visitor’s lane. Once through the gate, proceed straight on Blackhawk Drive. At the roundabout, turn left. The pool is located at the very top of the hill on the left.

In addition to the main parking lot, street parking is available as well as a dirt parking lot located at the back of the main lot. Please do not park in any reserved spaces (reserved spaces will be clearly marked), or Handicap spaces without a valid placard.

MEET JOBS: This meet is completely staffed by the HOX team, no jobs are required of any other family or team.

RESULTS: During the meet, results will be posted to Meet Mobile. The computer backup database for teams will be available at www.hoxswim.com immediately following the meet.

SET-UP AREA: Teams and families may set-up starting at 1:00 PM on Sunday 

T-SHIRTS: T-shirts will be sold on site; more info will be posted on our website.

RULES:

● Fly overs will be used.
● Only (1) swimmer at a time allowed at the starting block. ● All events will swim fast to slow.
● All events are timed finals.

● Events will be timed using (2) timers and touchpads.

USE OF THE FACILITY:

● This is a pre-registered event and it is NOT open to the public. It is restricted to swim team members, their parents and swim team officials only.

● There is (1) bathroom on the pool deck. There are additional bathrooms located upstairs near the Hawk’s Nest snack bar.

● There are NO locker rooms on site.
● There are (2) changing tents located at the bathrooms near the bocce courts.

● The fitness center is closed to the public and is for members only

STROKE & TURN:

● Age groups will be required to swim the stroke 100% correct, 100% of the time.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

● Blackhawk Country Club will have food and beverages available for purchase. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. No outside food or beverage allowed.

Please save the last weekend in July for our DCSL Championship Meet! This is the culmination of our swim season, and it's really important to us that the entire team is there!!
