SET-UP AREA: Teams may set-up starting at 1:00 PM on Sunday

RULES:

• ● Fly overs will be used.
• ● Only (1) swimmer at a time allowed at the starting block.
• ● All events will swim fast to slow.
• ● All events are timed finals.
• ● Events will be timed using (2) timers and touchpads.

USE OF THE FACILITY:

• ● This is a pre-registered event and it is NOT open to the public. It is restricted to swim team members, their parents and swim team officials only.
• ● There is (1) bathroom on the pool deck. There are additional bathrooms located upstairs near the Hawk’s Nest snack bar.
• ● There are NO locker rooms on site.
• ● There are (2) changing tents located at the bathrooms near the bocce courts.
• ● The fitness center is closed to the public and is for members only

• ATHLETES:

• ● Meet program will be available on July 23 at 9AM at www.hoxswim.com.
• ● Please communicate scratches to the computer desk. Scratches are non-

  refundable.

• ● Fast suits are permitted as per current USA swim rules.

  TOUCHPADS AND TIMING:

• ● HOX will use touchpads at the meet. In order to prepare your swimmers for the use of touchpads, please inform your coaches to allow them adequate preparation.

• • STROKE & TURN:

● Age groups will be required to swim the stroke 100% correct, 100% of the time.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

● Blackhawk Country Club will have food and beverages available for purchase. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES: Accepted at www.fastswims.com. Entry deadline Friday, July 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM or until the meet sells out.

Parking: Visiting team must park on the street surrounding SSC or in the Church parking lot across the street. Please do not park in the SSC parking lot. Do not block driveway. 

Tents: Can be set up at 7:30am. The visiting team can setup tents on the grass and concrete next to the baby pool. Our baby pool has been filled with rocks so please make sure that no one throws them out of the area. You are welcome to use the area, but we ask that you are careful. We also encourage multiple families to share tents as there is limited space.

Meet Staffing: Livorna Volunteers will need to check in 30 minutes prior to the meet and verify that all workers are accounted for. They will need to check in with our jobs coordinators Danielle Sill and Jared Gagnon who will be located at the computer desk. Volunteers must be 16 years or older please. Timers will need to be seated by 8:45am.

Warm ups: meet in the team area at 7:40 and coaches will walk swimmers over for warmups from 7:50-8:10, plan to arrive early to find parking and walk to the pool area.

June 23rd-between 6-7pm ONLY: Teams will be allowed in to set up their team areas.
