Warm ups: 4:45pm

Facilities: The seating area for the visiting team is the NORTH side of the pool, beneath the large oak tree on the grass area. The tables adjacent to the lap pool are designated for all 15-18 year-old swimmers for both teams. RHCC respectfully requests that our visiting team members do not arrive for set-up at the pool until 3:30 pm. Parking is available in either lot or on the street and please, do not park your cars such that they block the fire lanes. 

*Food: Snacks and full meals are available at our beverage and meal table. We accept cash, CC, and Member number charge. We will need a list of your member’s names and number. 

*Due to our Club liquor license no outside drinks are permitted. * Bottled water, sports drinks, protein bars/snacks for swimmers are acceptable to bring on the premises for the swimmers.

Directions and Parking The pool address is 1098 Eagle Nest Place, Danville. From 680 North, take the El Cerro exit and turn left. Continue straight - El Cerro Road becomes Diablo Road which then becomes Blackhawk Road. Follow the road until you reach the Main Gate entrance at Blackhawk Country Club. Turn left into the visitor’s lane. Once through the gate, proceed straight on Blackhawk Drive. At the roundabout, turn left. The pool is located at the very top of the hill on the left. In addition to the main parking lot, street parking is available as well as a dirt parking lot located at the back of the main lot. Please do not park in any reserved spaces (reserved spaces will be clearly marked).

Pool Layout There will be designated areas for each team to set up tents. Livorna and Scottsdale families shall set up directly behind the timing tents and behind the computer desk / starter area. Livorna and Scottsdale set up begins at 7:30 am.

Awards We will provide ribbons for every heat with the exception of 13/14 and up. Touchpads HOX will be using touchpads at our upcoming meet. In order to prepare your swimmers for the use of touchpads, please inform your coaches to allow them adequate preparation.

Meet Format All 6&U and 7/8s swim 25 yards. All other age groups will swim 50 yards, except 15/18s will swim 100 yard races unless the coaches have a prior agreement. Warm-Up Area The small area in the shallow end of the pool is for warm-up and warm-down for swimmers age 13 & up only. 

Food Blackhawk Swim Team will provide concessions for purchase for dinner.
